Entrepreneur Coaching is meant for the person who is committed to creating a thriving, successful business. We focus on where your business is currently; evaluate what’s working and what’s not; determine goals; and create an action plan. The partnership tends to be a coaching/consulting hybrid, meaning that I use a coach approach to help you build your business, while incorporating my experiences and resources when they are in service to your goals.

Empowerment Coaching is a tool that is used to help individuals that have gotten complacent and or feel stuck. As an empowerment coach, my goal is to shift the client into a more empowered place wherein he or she may look at life from a higher perspective to make an empowered decision. Marriage and Relationship Goals Coaching

I teach proven skills for increased couple satisfaction and intimacy while solving problems and conflict.  We help you identify your relationship goals and teach attitudes and skills for changed behavior.  Our focus with each couple or individual is to assist them in identifying root causes to the issues that keeps them from having a successful relationship. Once identified, our goal is to assist in confronting and eliminating those roots causes and seeing your breakthrough into freedom.

Grief and Loss Coaching

Grief is a difficult process to navigate through. All losses are not the same. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strength, your coping strategies, identifying your pain understanding your pain, letting go of the pain, getting rid of the guilt while discover your place of peace.
